- Each school's money goes to its own Stripe account
- Group reports in pounds; a school abroad sells in its own currency
Group total £185,983, 314 bookings. Reminders sent; no phone calls.
How a group works
One company, several schools
A customer of your Lymington school never sees your Poole one. You see both, side by side.

- Each school has its own website, brand and checkout
And its own Stripe account, so its money goes straight to it.
- Each school has its own staff
And what each person can see. Customers, bookings, boats and instructors stay with their school.
- One view of every school's bookings and takings
Across the group, with prices in more than one currency and group reports in pounds.
- Courses one school sells for another, with commission
Worked out on every order and taken back on refunds.
- Paying partners automatically
At the end of each month, each partner is paid what it is owed from your Stripe account, and its statement is marked settled.
Partner schools
Partner schools and their commission
Set a percentage or a trade price for each partner. Refunds take the commission back, and each month ends in a statement.
Add a partner school in six steps: details, site, commission, courses, payment and invite. You can stop halfway and come back to it. Partners get their own area, with their orders, learners and earnings.
14 orders, £2,086.00 · commission £260.75 · 1 refund, commission taken back −£32.50 · owed to Westwater £228.25
A sample partner statement. Westwater and Northstar are sample schools.
One view across every school, and each one still runs its own day.
