Job 04 of 07 · Your website and shop
Keely runs your whole website, in your brand, on your own web address. Course pages, checkout, shop and blog are the same system as your diary, so the dates and places on your site are always the ones in the office.

Pages you can change yourself
A page editor with ready-made sections, a media library, blog, questions and team pages. Every change waits as a draft until you publish it, and you can check it at desktop and phone size first.

A checkout in your colours
Customers pay on one page with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a saved card. Your money goes straight to your own Stripe account. We never see card details.
The checkout is on your own web address, so Google Ads and Analytics record the sale where it happens. Google Tag Manager and Analytics come with the cookie consent banner Google asks for.

Shop and dispatch
Stock goes down when a pack is sent. The packing screen checks each item as it is scanned, and tells whoever is packing when something does not belong in the order.
Caught at the bench, before the parcel is sealed.
Postage labels print on your own Royal Mail, DPD or DHL account once you connect it, so each parcel goes at your own rates.

Theory courses on your website
You can sell Sailing Course Online's theory courses on your own website as a partner school. When a student pays, Keely enrols them on the learning platform straight away. Nobody in your office types their details in twice.

Moving your website
Before the switch we list every page on your current site, map each one to its new address and add a redirect. We check the list again after the switch, so Google can find your pages at their new addresses.
Sailing Course Online · 28 Sep 2026 When Sailing Course Online moved its website onto Keely, every old page address was checked against its new page.
A sitemap, structured data for courses and reviews, redirects from your old addresses, and page titles and descriptions you set yourself.
Not ready to move your website? Put a booking button or a checkout link on your current site. Bookings still land in the same diary, and you can move the whole site later.
Your data and your domain stay yours: we hand you a full export. Your notice period is agreed with you before you sign, so it suits your season.
Listed and booked on those sites from the same dates and places as your own website.
Questions
Nobody can promise rankings. We protect what you have by mapping every old address to its new one, adding redirects and checking the sitemap before and after the switch.
We set your pages up when you move across. After that your own staff change them in the page editor. A new date, price or photo does not need a web designer.
No. Each school has its own colours, type and photos, and arranges Keely's ready-made sections in its own order.
No. We switch on only the parts your school uses. If you only need course pages and the checkout, start there and add the rest later.
